About Product Storage Upon receipt, carefully inspect the product for any damage caused during shipping before use. For first-time inflation, we recommend inflating to 80% capacity and letting it sit for 8 hours before use. This allows the internal seams and joints to settle, effectively extending the lifespan of your inflatable product. During winter months, although our products meet cold-resistance standards, PVC can become hard and brittle during cold shipping. To extend product life, we recommend keeping the product indoors for at least 24 hours after receipt before inflating, to prevent cracking at fold lines. About After-Sales Service Please inspect your product for damage or air leaks before use. If you discover any quality issues, contact our customer service within 7 days for a replacement or refund. About Repairs Paddle boards and kayaks are consumable products, and most issues can be resolved through repair. We provide a 1-year warranty: Within 1 year of purchase, we cover repair costs and return shipping for manufacturing defects or structural issues (such as valve or seam leaks). Within 1 year of purchase, we cover repair costs for damage from normal use or accidents (such as punctures, foot pad separation, fin cracks, or fin base damage), though you cover return shipping. From 1 to 3 years after purchase, we cover repair costs while you cover all shipping fees.
