VoErnone Inflatable Stand Up Paddle Board for Adults & Beginners

1. Product Information: The product is an inflatable stand-up paddleboard (Inflatable SUP Board) set, including a full set of accessories (paddle, pump, storage bag, rope, anti-slip mat). Made of high-quality PVC, it has a weight capacity of 550 lbs (approximately 250 kg), suitable for adults. Product dimensions: 131.9" × 33.9" × 5.9" (335 × 86 × 15 cm).

2. Shipping Information: All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Domestic/international shipping times may vary due to logistics and customs. Order processing and shipping do not include weekends and public holidays.

3. Return and Exchange Policy: Returns or exchanges can be requested within 30 days after receiving the product (excluding damage caused by human factors). Custom or used products are not eligible for return or exchange. Please contact customer service for a return authorization before returning the product.

4. Usage Instructions: Water sports carry risks. Please wear a life jacket and follow local water safety regulations. Before use, check the integrity of the paddleboard and accessories and use according to the recommended inflation pressure (12–15 PSI). Do not overload or use in dangerous waters.

Paddleboards and kayaks are consumable items, and product issues can generally be resolved through repairs. We provide a 1-year warranty—within 1 year of purchase, if there are production defects or product strength issues (such as valve or seam leakage), we will cover your repair costs and round-trip shipping fees; within 1 year of purchase, for damage caused by human or natural factors (such as holes, peeling foot pads, broken fins, damaged fin bases, etc.), we will cover repair costs, and you only need to pay round-trip shipping fees; between 1 and 3 years after purchase, you are responsible for shipping costs for all product issues, while we will cover the repair costs.
