After-Sales Policy (Returns & Exchanges)

  • Inspection Upon Receipt: Please thoroughly inspect the product for any damages, air leaks, or missing parts upon delivery and prior to any use.

  • Timeframe & Conditions: If any manufacturing defects or quality issues are found, please contact our customer service for a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery (as determined by the official logistics tracking carrier). Once the product has been placed in water or otherwise used, returns or exchanges will no longer be accepted, except for eligible warranty repairs.

Warranty & Repair Policy

Paddleboards and kayaks are subject to operational wear and tear. Most product damages can be fully restored through professional repair. We provide the following warranty services:

  • Within 1 Year of Purchase (Manufacturing Defects): For issues arising from production flaws or inherent structural defects (such as non-intentional valve leaks or seam separation), the Company will cover both the repair costs and the round-trip shipping fees.

  • Within 1 Year of Purchase (User-Inflicted or Accidental Damage): For damages caused by improper use, accidental punctures, or natural wear and tear (including but not limited to hull punctures from rocks, deck pad peeling, broken fins, or damaged fin bases), the Company will provide repair services or send repair materials free of charge at its discretion. However, the user shall be solely responsible for all round-trip shipping fees.

  • Between 1 and 3 Years of Purchase (Extended Warranty): For any product issues occurring during this period, the Company will continue to provide complimentary repair technical support or standard repair materials. However, all logistics and shipping costs must be fully borne by the user.
