1. Order Processing Time

VOERNONE provides premium international shipping services. We currently ship to the regions listed below. If you cannot find your country at checkout, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.

3. Shipping Cost Calculation
Shipping fees are not flat rates. At checkout (Settlement), the system will automatically calculate the most accurate shipping cost for you based on the following criteria:

4. Order Tracking

⚠️ Reminder: Tracking information usually takes 24 – 72 hours after shipment to be activated and updated by the carrier. For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped in separate batches based on stock availability and logistics arrangements. In such cases, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
5. Customs, Taxes & Liability Disclaimer

Customs & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, customs clearance fees, VAT/GST (such as European VAT or Australian GST), or local consumption taxes upon entering the destination country. These charges are mandated by local customs and must be borne entirely by the consumer (the importer of record). VOERNONE is not responsible for any delays or additional costs caused by customs inspections or payment procedures.

Accuracy of Information: Consumers must ensure that the recipient's name, phone number, billing address, and shipping address provided at checkout are absolutely accurate and complete. VOERNONE is not liable for packages lost or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or unanswered phone calls. Any additional costs for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.

Force Majeure Delays: VOERNONE shall not be held liable for any shipping delays or refund requests due to third-party actions or force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather (e.g., typhoons, blizzards), random customs inspections, postal strikes, public holidays, wars, or public health emergencies.

VOERNONE is fully committed to green and sustainable environmental practices. Our product packaging strictly adheres to global environmental standards:

Materials & Certification: The main body of our outer packaging uses high-strength, eco-friendly corrugated cardboard boxes that comply with global green supply chain standards. Priority is given to materials certified by the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) as renewable and biodegradable, ensuring durability and compression resistance during long-distance international transit.

Plastic Reduction & Banned Substances: Our packaging design strictly follows global plastic reduction regulations. The use of single-use, non-biodegradable plastics for internal cushioning is strictly prohibited. All packaging materials strictly comply with the EU REACH Regulations and are free from Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) and heavy metals, ensuring safety and non-toxicity.

Fumigation-Free Standard: The overall packaging and internal structural components (such as honeycomb cardboard, eco-friendly paper trays, and paper slots) are 100% fully processed products. They contain no untreated solid wood, raw timber, or bamboo materials, completely meeting the "Fumigation-Free" standards for global ocean, air, and customs clearance.
7. Lost, Damaged Packages & After-Sales

Timeframe Requirement: If your package is unfortunately lost in transit, or if you find serious damage or missing items upon receipt, you must contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. Late submissions may affect the insurance claim process.
